Fishing

Types of Fishing

Creek Fishing

Join a Naturalist-led fishing excursion and venture to the banks of our tidal creeks and salt marshes via truck. Using our light weight spinning gear, hook a redfish, sea trout, flounder, or the trifecta: A Georgia Inshore Grand Slam! We encourage catch and release; however, individuals can keep 1 fish per day and our culinary team will prepare the catch!

Surf Fishing

In the summer and early fall, join Naturalists on guided surf fishing excursions in the hopes of landing Bull Redfish, Sharks, or Rays. Learn about these amazing marine animals before releasing them with help from our experienced team. Surf fishing gear is only available on a guided naturalist activity; if you would like to surf fish independently, we encourage you to bring your own surf fishing supplies.
