Painted Bunting Movement Ecology

Diane Klement is a PhD student in the Rushing Lab at the University of Georgia, who is studying Painted Buntings, a migratory songbird that breeds on LSSI in the summer.

Shark Conservation on the Georgia Coast

Andrew Lyons is a PhD student in the Fox Lab at the University of Georgia, who helped to identify LSSI as nursey habitat for lemon sharks, and further showed that the coast of Georgia is the northernmost nursery for this species.
